Queen’s Protocol bags consist of three different parts: the Leather, the Metal and the Technology part.
LEATHER
Queen’s Protocol uses only high quality leathers and furs to produce these Handmade Fashion + Technology Hybrid Bags.
FEATURES
The leathers is mainly Italian nappa or pony hair leather (calf hides).
SPECIFICATIONS
Please do not confuse any variations in the surface color and texture with faulty items, as they are part of the uniqueness of leather.
SAFE USE (care instructions)
Wipe the surface of the leather Queen’s Protocol bag with a damp white cotton cloth or soft dry cloth to preserve the appearance of your leather.
Do not use too much water as it takes time to dry.
Leather is permeable and can never be entirely waterproof.
Humidity and rainwater damage a QP bag.
Avoid contact with alcohol based liquids.
Otherwise leather bags should be cleaned with suitable product.
Always test first in a small non visible area.
Keep your bag in its original dust bag and its original box and fill it with stuffing to maintain its shape.
Do not overfill the QP bag as this can distort its shape.
Do not use artificial heat, neither direct light to dry your bag,

Leather is mend to last as long is been treated according to the above instructions. Legal warranty applies.
CERTIFICATIONS
All leathers articles that Queen’s Protocol uses are produced with raw materials and processes that ensure respect for the environmental regulations and safeguarding of the health of its workers and the end user.
Our leather suppliers comply with the requirements of the label “genuine leather” as ratified by Italian Law 1112, 1966 (replaced recently by Italian Law no. 8/2013) and with the norms of the International Council of Tanners.
All leathers used by Queen’s Protocol, comply with the REACH directive.
METAL
QUEEN’S PROTOCOL bags are handcrafted “mini-archi-structures”.
FEATURES
All the metal parts of Queen’s Protocol bags are handmade from Lead-free aluminum alloy with obvious influences from architectural engineering.
The pullers in each Queen’s Protocol bag are either in Nickel mat or in Light Gold mat color finish.
For the Contactless Fashion Bracelet we use secure closure plus with magnetic clasp made of 304 hypoallergenic stainless steel in mat finish.
SPECIFICATIONS
The main metal components for the accessories apart from Contactless Fashion Bracelets, are made of raw sheets of aluminum. The final form is taken after cutted, CNC processed, curved, welded, polished and anodized. The magnetic clasp of the Contactless Fashion Bracelet are made of 304 hypoallergenic stainless steel.
SAFE USE (care instructions)
Care must be taken not to scratch the surface of the metals with sharp object and remove the anodization. Anodization protects the surface of the metal from oxidation.
Avoid contact with alcohol based liquids.
Wipe the metal surface with a damp white cotton cloth or soft dry cloth to restore the mat or shiny finish of metal elements of your Queen’s Protocol bag.
Avoid contacting the metal surfaces with sharp objects (especially Parabolas aluminum handle)

The RFID BLOCKING POCKET protects information stored in RFID tags of passports, credit cards, other personal documents from unauthorized reading.
Attenuates the effects of EMF (electromagnetic field) that possibly affects Homeopathic medicines.
SPECIFICATIONS
RFID/EMI Blocking material is suitable to sufficiently shield the commercially used frequency 13,56MHz.
SAFE USE
In order to RFID protection to work, the pocket must not be worn out or get wet as it is not washable.

3. EMBEDDED CHIP (applies to all models apart from PARABOLA™)
Your Queen’s Protocol bag is smarter that you think. The Embedded Chip enables you to connect the QPbag with your phone or another phone and “communicate”. Just tap the QPlogo on the bag, with your NFC enabled and unlocked smartphone*.
FEATURES
Via the QP App or any other free NFC App, available on GOOGLE PLAY (e.g. NXP TagWriter, NFC Tools-only exams given), your Queen’s Protocol bag can be programmed to:
store and exchange data accessible by any compatible phone when tapped on the QPlogo, or/and enable an action on your phone instantly after tapping on the QPlogo: change the phone settings, launch an installed application, etc.

Ready!: TAP your QPbag and your phone will execute the preprogrammed action.

SPECIFICATIONS
Each embedded CHIP is a unique programmable chip and can be locked after programming to avoid unauthorized reprogramming. The locked CHIP may only be unlocked by the same phone that locked it.
The re-programmability of the chip is about 100,000 programming cycles reading/writing.

SAFE USE
The embedded chip is generally very durable. Nevertheless, care must be taken not to get wet, or bent the leather where QPlogo is beyond normal.
Keep away from extreme temperatures.
WARRANTY
Legal warranty applies. Be carefull: cutted or broken CHIP, for example if you bend it more than normal, there is no warranty. As the re-programmability of the CHIP is about 100,000 programming cycles reading/writing, is a non-durable product, only legal warranty applies.
